David E. Asprinio, M.D.
 

Dr. Asprinio received his medical degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine, and undergraduate degree at the College of the Holy Cross. He completed his orthopaedic training at Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. His medical training continued through a fellowship in spine surgery at the University of Maryland and an orthopaedic trauma fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.


Dr. Asprinio joined the faculty of New York Medical College and attending staff at Westchester Medical Center in 1995. His appointment as acting Chairman and Program Director of the New York Medical College/Westchester Medical Center?s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in October 2001 preceded his fulltime appointment as Chairman/Program Director in December 2003. A diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery Dr. Asprinio has participated in numerous instructional courses and lectured nationally and internationally on fracture care and management in orthopaedic trauma.
