Ralph Wallace has been in healthcare supply chain management, finance and information technology management for 23 years. He is currently the Manager of Business Support Services for Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this position, he has led the division that implemented and supported information technology solutions for a $1.5 billion healthcare organization. He has been part of the information revolution in healthcare starting in the 1980s with mainframe IT solutions evolving into the modern ERP solutions of today. A certified project management professional, he has successfully led enterprise software solution implementations over the past 3 decades.
He has also served as national chairperson of the Dun & Bradstreet Software Healthcare Group and the Healthcare Business Professionals Association, the latter of which he was a co-founder. Since 1996, he has been an instructor of accounting information systems, project management and organization theory at the New Mexico campus of the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Wallace has two MBAs, one in Accounting and Information Systems from Michigan State University and a second in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
