Ms. Flynn is currently with Giuliani Partners LLC where she manages health care, pharmaceutical and other industry related projects. Ms. Flynn has worked in the health care industry for over 16 years, in various capacities and at some of the top medical centers in the country. In her most recent position, as Vice President, responsible for leading the Divisions of Operations & Technology, Ms. Flynn, orchestrated relationship management and new business development as a founding member of Nexera, Inc.

Ms. Flynn holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Health Care Administration from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY. In 2005, she was appointed to the Faculty of the Health Care Programs at Iona’s School of Arts and Sciences as Adjunct Associate Professor. Ms. Flynn was elected to the Iona College Alumni Board in 2007 and sits on its Board of Directors. Ms. Flynn is also a Board Member of the Iona College Department of Health Care Administration Professional Advisory Board.

Ms. Flynn is a Certified Materials Resource Professional, and has lectured on the topics of leadership, team building and supply chain management. In 2008, Ms. Flynn received certification as an Executive Coach from Columbia University’s Teachers College School of Continuing and Professional Studies, Columbia Business School and Executive Education Division. Ms. Flynn is Member of The Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches (PARWWC) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Throughout her career, she has also been involved in several volunteer/public service capacities and has been published in numerous industry journals and periodicals since 1996.

Ms. Flynn is also the founder of Sounding Board 4 Life, LLC, a coaching and professional development firm.
