Medical-Surgical Distribution/Integrated Service Centers

HCSB in collaboration with partnering companies provides consulting services to hospital systems on their method of med/surg distribution. All models of distribution are evaluated from the traditional approach of contracting with a national distributor to the creation of an integrated service center to self-distribution.

Financial and operational aspects are examined. All internal issues and concerns of the hospital system are taken into account including their GPO relationship. The assessment will include financial benefits, service and process improvements. Pros and cons are investigated and presented to the client.
