Supply Chain Assessment

Assessments of supply chain operations can be appropriate are when a hospital:

• Is undergoing an operational review and culture change in order to maintain its competitive position in its market
• Addresses issues within their supply chain operation in order to assist in the reverse of financial losses
• Wishes to determine opportunities for improvement as a result of new leadership in the Materials Management department
